Harsh dungeon black metal from the Danish peninsula of Jutland, where local folklore tell of a deranged ruthless pirate, who caused havoc on the seas some time before recorded history. Taking it's name from said pirate, this Jutlandian solo project takes no prisoners with an uncompromising and sometimes unhinged expression, that blends raw black metal with bombastic folky dungeon synth in a resolute and cruel follow up to 'Offerbugten' (GAL009) from last year.

Grev Trold is a solo project of C. Haxholm, who since 2015 has released dungeon synth and black metal as Henbane and Seiðr on Gondolin Records, Nattetale, Tour de Garde, Hævngær and Moral Defeat.
